USS George Herbert Walker Bush (CVN 77) Commissioning

as ensigns aboard USS New York (LPD-21) we were invited to attend the commissioning of the nation's newest aircraft carrier USS G.H.W. Bush, named after the 41st president of the US, and one of the nation's youngest naval aviators in WWII. Both President Bushs came to the ceremony and had excellent speeches. some of the things we decided were that: -we should make sure people spell things like memorabilia properly. -let people know when we fire the cannon salutes -have multiple big screen tvs, one forward, one aft so that everyone can see the speakers and what is happening on the stage. -we're gonna need alot of metal detectors. but crowd flow at this ceremony was incredibly easy.
