this is pretty much just a collage of photos from life at sea... some of them, are of the ship, sunsets, sailwork, and my cabin and bunk... the bunk is fairly comfortable normally, but my cabin was the smallest of the three this trip, and they put the lockers right up against the bunks, so you cant dangle your feet over the side like i could on the last two trips.
the quarters are normally terribly cramped. this cabin is designed to hold 8 people. on this trip there were only two of us in this cabin, so w

e could spre

ad out, when you have 8 guys in there,at least one person will be a snorerer. and

someone else wil have smelly feet... so it makes life interesting. the hassles of cramped quarters are more than made up for with some of the more poetic aspects of life at sea, sunsets, the colour of the ocean when youre in water thousands of feet deep and hundreds of miles from

any land... its a good place to be. and you get into a good routine, and the days just fly by... one day youre starting off in some foreign port and the next thing you know, youre at your destination and saying goodbye to every one and see you next time.
